So I must be pretty late in checking out about this game because I learned about it through someone else casually referring to it in a conversation about addictions (FYI – it was a conversation about tech addictions). I’m pretty keen on strategy based games but I also enjoy gauging how smart I am based on silly trivia games too. I installed Trivia Crack and think Etermax did a great job in the execution of the profile of the game. It is pretty straight-forward, where you can either play a Facebook friend, pair up with some random Trivia Crack stranger or partake in a Challenge where 10 or so folks all go against each other for 12 questions and winner takes all!. If you choose to play a traditional game then its simply where questions are presented in multiple choice fashion and you have thirty seconds to choose your answer. Each turn continues until you incorrectly answer a question. Answer three questions in a row and you can answer a trivia question for a crown and the player with the most crowns after 25 turns wins the game.

Don’t bother buying anything from the store (e.g. unlimited lives) because as you’ll find out that each game typically takes a while to finish – it takes quite a while when you and your opponent constantly answer incorrectly (I hate the Sports Category) – and I cant really see having more than 5 challenges going on at the same time max.

The questions are crowd-sourced, so sometimes there may be a question that may throw you off but you can report such issues and even submit some of your own. There is an element of obtaining coins / power-Ups that will help you select options to assist in figuring out the correct answer to the most difficult questions but I havent ever bothered using them.. I have no issues with seeing a mediocre rating associated with my profile.. no Trivia game has ever been that important where I did anything other than laugh or gasp if I knowingly mis-answered a question.
